Parking & Hotel Entrance

Parking is $10.00 — card payment only. Please have a credit or debit card ready when entering or exiting the parking facility.

Park in Parking Deck 1.
After parking, follow the signs to the hotel entrance.
Enter through the hotel doors and veer to the left.
Continue toward the escalators. Turn right at the escalators to reach Conference Check-In.
Turn North Conference Navigators will be available to welcome you and help guide you to the Conference Check-In area.

Vendor Loading Dock Entrance

Loading dock entrance is located by Lot C. Once the vendor has entered the loading entrance, they must check in with Gas South Security. The Westin loading dock is in the rear entrance between the Convention Center and the Arena.

**LOADING & UNLOADING**
The hotel does not provide dollies, wagons, carts, or other equipment for vendors to transport merchandise and supplies. If you need assistance transporting your items, please bring your own dolly, wagon, rolling cart, or other appropriate equipment.

The hotel prefers that vendor merchandise not be transported through the main lobby. Vendors are therefore strongly encouraged to use the loading dock entrance when bringing in merchandise, displays, boxes, or other supplies.
